A Settlement has been reached with Rödl Management, Inc. (“Rödl Management” or “Defendant”) in a class action lawsuit concerning the targeted cyberattack on the Defendant’s computer systems that was discovered on or around February 9, 2024, (“this Data Security Incident”), in which an unauthorized actor was able to potentially access personally identifiable and private information belonging to Plaintiffs and Settlement Class Members. Rödl Management denies all allegations of wrongdoing or liability as alleged, or which could be alleged, in the Lawsuit, including all claims arising out of this Data Security Incident.

What Are My Options?

Submit a Claim

— Deadline: August 3, 2026

You must submit a valid Claim to get monetary relief or credit monitoring from this Settlement.
Claim Forms must be submitted online by August 3, 2026 or, if mailed, postmarked no later than August 3, 2026.

Do Nothing

If you do nothing, you remain in the Settlement.
You give up your rights to sue and you will not get any money.

Exclude Yourself

— Deadline: July 3, 2026

Get out of the Settlement. Get no money. Keep your rights.
This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue about the claims in this Lawsuit. You will not get any money or credit monitoring from the Settlement.
Your request to exclude yourself must be postmarked no later than July 3, 2026.

File an Objection

— Deadline: July 3, 2026

Stay in the Settlement, but tell the Court why you think the Settlement should not be approved.
Objections must be postmarked no later than July 3, 2026.

Go to a Hearing

— Scheduled: August 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET
